Jan Kouwen<\/strong> is lid van de werkgroep Joodse geschiedenis Zeeland (Etty Hillesum Huis). Hij studeerde theologie en religiewetenschappen aan de UFPG\/FPTR te Brussel, en promoveerde er in 2019 op Pinkas Zierikzee, over de geschiedenis van de Joodse gemeenschap op het eiland Schouwen-Duiveland.
